Terbinafine Antifungal Resistance (TBR) (RUO)
The A2K Terbinafine Antifungal Resistance Detection qPCR kit is designed to quickly and accurately detect point mutations in the SQLE gene of Trichophyton species associated with Terbinafine antifungal resistance. This kit enables the detection of 12 point mutations that cause amino acid substitutions resulting in increased minimum inhibitory concentrations for the antifungal Terbinafine.
