The A2K Scientific STI 5-Plex Panel Combo Kit is a multiplex real‐time PCR solution that contains the assay and master mix needed for the simultaneous detection of Chlamydia trachomatis (CT), Neisseria gonorrhoeae (NG), Mycoplasma genitalium (MG), and Trichomonas vaginalis (TV) in extracted human samples. Human ribonuclease P (RNase P) is included as endogenous sample collection control.
